The focus is the little Paye & Baker gold over sterling fish charm in the center with a repurposed faux turquoise & tiny pearl medallion below, genuine pearls, white & blue shells, and gorgeous faceted blingy blue crystals on a golden link chain.  A handmade Jeweler's Bronze hook is at the side, made to match the links of the chain.
